The interior design and decorations are very beautiful. I am very impressed! The staff are so friendly. Special mention to Andres at the restaurant who did excellent service for our pilgrimage group. He has excellent customer service. Our room with a double bed was clean and bed was comfortable. This is a gem in Central Mexico City....

"Hotel is in a great, safe, location in the center of historic Mexico City. There is constant security at the entrance which made me feel very safe entering and exiting the property. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from lobby atrium to my room which was an interior room facing the atrium.
