"Two night stay with two adults and two children. Good size rooms, modern , clean and really good value for money. Short tram ride into the main square, an amazing burger place opposite the hotel. I think the only let down were some of the staff seemed pretty miserable which was so evident in the morning it was a talking point. Free parking right next to the hotel which was great. I think the gym is rather pointless and needs to have its own space so I didn’t use it. Tried the spa which was pretty good but evident they have had historical issues with males which is fine to highlight specific behaviours that won’t be accepted but it did mean my experience wasn’t as good as my partners. No balcony which wasn’t an ideal for us either but I’d stay again and I’d recommend it."

"The hotel is bright and well decorated. The rooms are a decent size with a good shower and nice bathroom area. Really comfy beds and quiet rooms. The breakfast is really good with lots on offer and good coffee machines. The location is a 15/20 min walk to the castle and a little further to the main square. A train station is close by and the team stops directly outside the hotel. Some of the staff were pleasant but some were unhelpful. It was so hot and the air con was struggling bit. I needed ice to cool down and the bar had closed at 10pm about 10 mins before I asked for some ice. The receptionist had got some from the bar the night before even though it was closed. On the last night the new receptionist told me to buy ice which wasn't great as I needed it for a swollen ankle. There are 2 shops near which is a plus when you can walk to them. I could stay there again or I could choose a different hotel."

"Air conditioner didn’t work. Repeatedly was told it would be fixed and never was. Complained at check out and was finally given $50 off my stay. Unacceptable."
