"We liked the location. Right in town. This what we didn’t like. We were not greeted at the property as stated. Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. He stated he didn’t see the reservation and upgraded our room. Next we expected to have breakfast everyday for €7.50 each. We went down for breakfast only to find no one on site and no breakfast. "Quick in check. Be aware after 18 hrs, reception closed. Bar closed early. Hotel nice, good hotel if you have children. Not possible to sit on the terrasse in the evening. Best restaurant in town, pass the cabel track, up the Hill, right hand, Ratsstube.. it was absolutely top class"
