"O tamanho do apartamento é excelente, mas a manutenção precisa de ajustes, iluminação, maior número de tomadas, e apesar de grande, não tem uma mesa de trabalho. Iluminação da pia do banheiro ruim, iluminação dos armários. Pontos muito positivos, a equipe de portaria, localização, tamanho do apartamento e da cama, banheira."

"Everything was excellent! They gave us a tasty bottle of white wine! Location was excellent too! The only minor detail was that the TV was kind of on the way and I bumped into it a couple of times making it a bit of a hazard. I’d consider moving it. Other than that everything was excellent!"

"Nice family room with a double bed and 3 single beds, enough room for 5. A warm and personnalised welcome at our arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The hotel feels homy, beautiful garden and fireplace are a nice bonus (too cold for the pool in july...). Staff was helpful and we got info and bookings for wine and mountain tours. Owner was very responsive by WhatsApp to all our questions. Vouchers for breakfast at nearby restaurants is a good idea. Lots to see and do in Mendoza, the hotel is close to the beautiful Parque San Martin."

"A beautiful place in the mountains but close to the city - a lovely happy stay. It has a gym despite the hotels.com listing not showing that. I wish the listing did show that cos it would have helped me book this place sooner. Also a paddle court. The indoor heated pool isn't big enough to swim, which was a bit disappointing. The water, and the room where the pool is weren't very warm. The staff turned on the air con unit that heats but no actual heat ever came out. The sauna wasn't at full temperature - I was in there 20 minutes before I started to sweat a little. Breakfast is included and poached eggs were great. They lay out musili but not the milk or yoghurt to go with it - this can be requested. A couple more options of cereal would be nice. In the main restaurant, you get a nice complimentary empanada and plenty bread. The meals are large so consider sharing. It's also not cheap. You may need to reserve as the restaurant is open to general public. We were advised not to drink the tap water. Water is then sold in small bottles. No shops nearby for cheaper water. Should be some complimentary. Great that there are hiking options. Info about the place is largely phone/whatsapp driven, which is fine and useful sometimes but I'd also like to have the option of paper-based. I often go away to relax to spend less time on my phone and don't want to WhatsApp and find info on my phone. The extra activities listed are pretty expensive. Overall, I recommend."
