"I had the best time here, mostly cause it was a last minute reservation. The staff was so friendly, service minded and exceptional in everyway. The view of the place was unbeatable and couldn’t have as for something better. Rooms are a bit simple but gives it charm, the staff doesn’t speak english and we communicated thru google translate and was fine. But a must stay at least onces if visiting Bodrum. "This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
