When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings. Another example of a hotel that’s run without staff at the premises and cannot be contacted to resolve an issue. Most terrible check in ever."

The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. "Really lovely apartment in a quirky area of Eindhoven. Loft with a nice balcony. Comfy bed, walk in shower and a kitchenette. Nice restaurant round the corner (Fifth) and a carpark that was about €10 from 9am to 9pm."
