"Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Accommodating. Informative. The property however failed to meet my expectations. The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. The "update" to the room was pathetic. Cheaply...

"The only problem we had our room was not cleaned. We didn’t want it cleaned the first two days so we put the sign . The third day we wanted the room cleaned for the next two days. They did not clean it the third day we ran out of towels we had piles of tiles piles of washcloth piles are trash, etc. so we went down and we complained and they gave us a $25 gift card that we could use for either Beverly or drinks we did not use it."
