The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. "

"When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate! Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!"

"Breakfast was nasty, there was a miscommunication in my stay so I had housekeeping knocking plenty of times on my door and the front desk lady, Jean, was very rude about the situation. Floors and walls were dirty. Not a great experience, I’m not coming back. "

"We stayed here one night before flying out of Milwaukee. We were disappointed to find upon check in that the shuttle does not start until 4:00am and only runs every half hour. There were also chips crushed on the floor of our room upon arrival near the bed. Overall, not what we expected."

"I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We stayed in a two queen bed room. This room was large and clean with a kitchenette (an added bonus). I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price, it was a hidden gem!"

"This Hotel is undergoing some needed updates. Staff is nice but seem very busy. Everything in the Room does work however. "

"I messed up our reservation and we needed to stay one more day then we initially planned. My whole group was at a convention and we couldn't come back to move our stuff. The staff moved our booking to another room and moved our luggage FOR us so we could stay at the con. Not only did the staff bend over backwards to accommodate me, but they kept apologizing to me even though the whole thing was completely my fault. On top of that, the whole hotel was spotless and the staff kept being friendly...
