"Hotel was amazing! Welcome drink on arrival so refreshing!!! Staff were excellent, the hotel was so nice and the location was great! Close to everything including a great view spot to see the Matterhorn. Made it so easy to get sunrise pics of the Matterhorn. Breakfast had cooked to order options. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Great hotel - close to the main street and all the relevant lifts but in a quieter area of town. The breakfast was great and the staff were so always accomodating - assisting with plans and transport."

"Really enjoyed staying here! We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room which was fabulous! Hotel is an easy walk to train station, which is great because Zermatt does not allow cars in the city…so everyone comes in on the train. Also breakfast is included so that is very convenient. "
