This hotel was in the perfect part of town. We never felt unsafe. The hotel staff were wonderful and the breakfast buffet was perfect! Fresh fruit and a variety of freshly squeezed juices were a plus. Many options of shopping and restaurants! May get loud on the weekends but just bring your ear plugs with you:)

We felt very good in this hotel, the location is excellent for those who have plans to visit restaurants and have shopping , the only thing that caught our attention is that the windows of the room do not have blackout and it is a little annoying in the mornings.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona comercial y céntrica, dónde se puede ir caminando a 3 centros comerciales y una gran variedad de restaurantes. La habitación es espaciosa y tiene el baño y la ducha cerrada separados del lavamanos haciéndolo muy práctico. El aire acondicionado funciona en modo auto, por lo que hay momentos en los que se siente calor dentro de la habitación. El personal muy amigable, las atenciones y sugerencias de Pedro en la recepción fueron muy agradables y siempre estaba pendiente a nuestras entradas y salidas.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was fast. One area of suggested improvement is that the room didn’t have a lot of lighting. Even with all the lights on, it’s still a very dark room. One bright floor lamp would help!

Very recommended. Great location for shopping and dining. The staff was very polite, fast to respond via email and WhatsApp. They’ll arrange airport transport with very professional/courteous drivers. Their restaurant was great, a bit pricey compared to options outside hotel.
