Staff are very helpful, they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh-cut fruit and fresh dishes every morning. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and were extremely friendly.

More than what I expected for the price

Great rooftop restaurant for free breakfast cooked fresh for each individual guest. Clean room, updated bathroom and nightclub and wine room in the main floor. What more can you ask for.

Over all, the staff was wonderful and very helpful with getting us taxi to move around. Even though we did not speak much Spanish and they spoke no English. Our room was facing the highway so it was a bit noisy. Eating breakfast from the rooftop restaurant every morning was wonderful.

The only thing they need to look into is placing shower mats in the shower stalls because the tiles are easy to slide on. Other than that, the rooms are great, it is very clean and well kept, the beds are really comfortable and the staff is very helpful

Was a good stay. Nothing super fancy or extraordinary. The bedroom is very small, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure. We arrived late at night and when we went to the bedroom realized there was no mini bar, we had no water so we called the receptionist, no answer. went to the reception and never got a person to respond so we were thirsty until the morning. However another night someone else helped me book a taxi to the airport and gave me a call in the morning to make sure I woke up on time. Breakfast was decent. Eggs to taste, coffee, fruit, juice and other sugary options.

As we arrived too earlie in the morning, we were moved to Real Hotel from the same company and just one block from Black Hotel. It was a good place, very clean, with a wonderful breakfast every day. We were out visiting friends and family and came bak to sleep. All our 14 days at Real Hotel were very good. We met at reception Dalal, Camilo, Gerardo and the chef at the restaurant . All very helpful and friendly people.

Good value for the cost, convenient location within walking distance of both Unicentro and Usaquen. However, it is in a noisy intersection (even at night). The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable enough, but they are VERY basic. Good breakfast included. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
