El hotel está muy cerca del parque principal y su personal da lo mejor para brindar un excelente servicio. Sin embargo, siendo un hotel de solo 5 habitaciones se queda corto en varios puntos: No hay aire acondicionado, solo ventilador que para algunos es molesto el ruido para dormir. No hay nevera, tampoco se permite el ingreso de bebidas, no hay restaurante y el desayuno incluido está bien pero no es variado. Ofrecen mantequilla, pero no mermelada y solo jugo de naranja. Nunca repusieron el jabón en barra y sus amenities son básicos de dispensador. El parqueadero es cerca pero fuera del hotel. No hay un cafe de cortesía y/o una estación de cafe. Puede mejorar, pero por el precio esperaba mucho más.
