I can't recommand anyone to stay in this hotel.

It was awful and disgusting. If I not got my money back everything is totally wrong. I booked a single room and I got a 4 beds room. When I tried to change room, they told me that the hotel was full. How is that possible, when I about 3 hours later could booked the same room of hotels.com homepage? The traffic was heavy and one window was brooken, which means that the room became very cold. There was no tovel or soap in the room. There was garbage from earlier guests. I checked in at 4.00 pm and leave the hotel att 9.00 pm. There is more to say, but do you think this is enough to say that you got a bad experience from a stay in a hotel room?

It was bad because when I was there they never gave me my room and said I didn't have a reservation there. I had to find another hotel early in the morning. The service was terrible. I will never return here again

El hotel en general esta bien para una noche si te hospedas por cercania al aeropuerto esta bien si es para conocer Colombia esta retirado del centro de la ciudad eso si todo los ruidos se escuchan claramente MUY RUIDOSO

Pésima experiencia. Las conduciones generales del hotel son pésimas. No habia disponible la habitación que reservé, en su reemplazo me ofrecieron un cuartucho con cama doble que mas parecía un cuarto de motel de pasar el rato que un cuarto familiar. Obviamente no tome el cuarto y mucho menos volvería, y muchisimo menos por ese precio.

hoteles engañosos en bogota

Cumpli en llegar el dia sabado 29 pero al llegar al hotel primero me hicieron esperar mas de media hora, para decirme que el hotel estaba ocupado y que solo podían alojarme por un día. pésimo el trato tuve que buscar otro hotel. Mal servicio de Ustedes, no recomienden hoteles que parecen ratoneras.

This hotel was not at all what the photos show and the rooms are very little with a bed that is like sleeping on the floor. Would not recommend to anyone.

We sliepen daar omdat het het goedkoopste hotel bij het vliegveld was. Locatie was aan een drukke weg met veel herrie. We hadden met ontbijt betaald maar omdat we zo vroeg vertrokken misten we dat dus.

Tomé el hospedaje con la seguridad que tenian parqueadero y era mentira. Me vi obligada a dejar mi carro en la calle. Adicionalmente me parece una tarifa muy cara para el tipo de hospedaje.

Para ponte de conexão vale a pena. O preço foi muito em conta para eu e mais três pessoas. Não é luxuoso, mais estava limpo e as camas bem espalhadas pelo quarto. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro, pois não estava saindo água quente. Porém depois de 30 minutos com a ajuda do pessoal do hotel tudo foi resolvido. O pessoal é atencioso e prestativo.

Un hotel para no volver.

Este hotel las únicas 2 cosas que se pueden rescatar son: la atención de los muchachos del hotel y su ubicación muy cercana al aeropuerto después de ahí todo lo demás FATAL. Un hotel con cuartos miniatura, abandonado, sin elevador y la primera planta de cuartos queda en la 3 planta del edificio, y cuando usted viaja con solo personas de edad avansada les aseguro que eso es un problema. A mi mamá le tocó un cuarto al frente del hotel super bullicioso ya que está frente a una autopista y para empeorar las cosas las ventanas estaban quebradas. Les aseguro que pueden encontrar mejores lugares que este.

It was our worst experience for our family vacation. This hotel can't be into the options to stay in a beautiful city as Bogota. Unpleasant staff. The building is a old construction and no elevator, the room assigned was in the 4th floor, so we had to carry our own luggage trough a stairs with no light, The room was a disaster, beds with uncomfortable mattress and pillows, dirty sheets (we couldn't even sleep on it), dirty curtains and loose rods, it was freezing inside and the loud music and ambulances passing all night don't allowed us sleep, when we checked the windows to see if we can close them enough, we notice almost 4 of them were broken. No WIFI at all. The bathroom was horrible, no shower head, bad condition, disgusting towels. The main door had a cheap lock (not security at all),The breakfast was no the best and we have to wait because the same lady who clean the rooms came to prepare the food. Extremely expensive for the poor conditions and terrible service. This hotel is definitively not a familiar environment (not if you travel with kids), if you want to spend a night without sleep and don't care about it, then...it's for you. But if you are a person who wants a pleasant stay in Bogota, don't mess up booking this hotel, the city has great hotels for the same price or even cheaper than this place.

Bueno servicio para estadía rápida y centrada

Buen servicio y orden de las habitaciones. La ubicación es esencial ya que está a minutos del terninal, centros comerciales y la gobernación de cundinamarca.
