I have stayed here several times but the past two times, January 2026 and June 2025, I had several issues and seen a rapid decline in the Property too. I have family in Bogota including my 19 year old American daughter who moved there last year to take care of her grandmother. Understanding hotel rules and the fact that prostitution is around, both times WHEN I CHECKED IN, I notified the front desk that my daughter lives in La Calera and will be coming down to meet me in the mornings in the lobby before we go out for the day, and I asked for her to be treated respectfully as she is a bit shy and very conservative and her Spanish isn’t perfect yet. I presented them with her USA passport copy and Colombian Cedula copy which they duplicated on their Printer and attached to my reservation and copy of my passport in their file… and we share the same last name of course. I would not be writing this if she wasn’t treated SO DISRESPECTFULLY almost every single day(!!!!). I especially want to point out the rudeness of the Front Desk Manager, who I understand has been there for years. She was daily accosted at the entrance door or if she got past that, at the front desk, and treated like a street person or a prostitute. Spoken to extremely harshly and rudely. The last time it happened the day before I checked out, I asked for the Manager who insulted my daughter, and he would not come out and talk to me. My family will not stay there again. Period.
