Clean, basic, friendly

The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The view is amazing, and the grounds are nicely landscaped with native plants. It is really meant to be a local holiday hotel, so the food was good not great, internet was spotty and there was no coffee available when I woke up to work on my computer in the mornings. If they could make coffee available early (5 am would be nice, or put it in the rooms) and improve the internet signal, it would raise my rating. Overall, if I had to be in this area again, I would book this hotel.

Llegamos sobre el medio día, sin embargo la habitación la entregaban a las 3, nos ayudaron a que la entregaran a la 1 porque teníamos un compromiso a las 3. A pesar de que la habitación estaba recién arreglada, encontramos que las sabanas estaban sucias, al igual que el baño no estaba en las mejores condiciones. Por el valor de la noche se esperaba algo mucho mejor, sin embargo para pasar la noche y salir muy temprano es buena opción. El precio de la comida es muy alto para lo que se ofrece.

Cuidado reserven por páginas web en este hotel

El hotel es bueno, aunque reserve por hoteles.com el mismo día que me iba a quedar y luego de un viaje largo cuando llegué nos respondieron que tenían un problema con internet entonces no tenían habitaciones, sin embargo nos dieron una. Una familia que llegó después de nosotros hicieron lo mismo que nosotros y no habían habitaciones disponibles entonces les tocó irse a buscar en otro hotel, PESIMO que pase eso, para algo uno reserva. De resto todo bien
