Khách sạn Bokeng

"Staff were helpful and the rooms were clean but smelled of cigarettes"

"To be fair, the hotel is clean, with well kept facilities and good amenities. Great soundproof! I didn't hear any noise despite how close it is to the airport. The shuttle service is super convenient and runs on time. You just follow the instructions provided by hotel and can easily find the bus. Be patient if you don't see it at the mentioned gate, it will show up in a short while. Perfect for a layover/short transit. The will-not-be-reconsidered factor: 300 RMB for early check-in at 10ish am....

"The room was clean and staff very friendly."

"Room is clean and friendly staff."

"My stay at the hotel in Guangzhou, China, was amazing! The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and well worth it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Very good hotel and location. All market and food places near by. Near time I will Book again ."

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jane, 1 of the hotel manager, for her outstanding service and hospitality. She was exceptionally professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout my experience. Her genuine care for guests, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. "Room was clean and staff were nice. However, there is a school next to the hotel and it was very noisy before 7am, which woke me up. I couldn't sleep well. Hope they can improve soundproofing. Otherwise okay."

"Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip . "

"화장실 샤워 할 때 홍수 나는거 빼고는 다 좋네요^^"

"服务员很专业很好"

"Clean and spacious room. Also really liked that there was a huge park next to the hotel, which made air quality much nicer than center of Guangzhou. Only complaint was there was only few people who can communicate in English, and noodle maker for breakfast buffet showed annoying face when I asked for noodle. Other than that breakfast was good"

"The location is not centre of Tianhe central. Takes mins 35mins to central of Tianhe shopping area depends of traffic condition. Nothing nearby just a few small local food restaurants. Little variety for breakfast"

"Excellent location"

"Everything was good and comfortable."

"Good choice!"

"room was clean, but the hotel lobby was not very clean and up to mark, the front desk was cluttered, staff was friendly. Good hotel for one night stay before flight, not good for long stay"

"Hieman nuhjuuntunut, loiteliaimmat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli, joka on sieltä täältä rempallaan. Ilmastointi reistaili ja näimme torakat käytävällä. Hinta-laatu suhde oli kuitenkin erinomainen."
