"We had an amazing stay at Nattivo Collection Hotel in San Andrés! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed or answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy everything San Andrés has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend Nattivo Collection Hotel to anyone visiting the island. We look forward to coming back!"

"The staff was great, the food was amazing a lot of different choices. I wish the wifi was available throughout the entire resort. The gym needs a big renovation. I'd stay again for sure though. Had a good time. Maybe install more AC units in common area places that are indoors."
