"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."

"The rooms were average. My air conditioning unit made noise all night. The toilet wouldn’t flush
Told management and the lady at the desk asked me “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO” I can’t stay in a room that the toilet don’t flush. We don ’t have anything. The elevator reeked of urine with dirty carpet. We asked for extra towels and wash clothes. They didn’t have any extra to give because they were not clean."

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"The room was comfy, especially the bed. Lighting in the room itself was plentiful but it could have used at least one bright light in the main room. The bathroom was spacious and the shower worked well with good pressure and responsive temp. Both the shampoo and conditioner containers had shampoo in them though. Staff were friendly enough. The only other negative was that there was a fast food bag near the elevator for our entire stay that Housekeeping never disposed of…."
