Room clean except for shower walls/floors visibly unclean with what appeared to be permanent brown stains. Shower door would not stayed closed (broken). Stair well was dirty. Breakfast was a kinda pitiful but it appear other guests enjoyed making their own waffles. Gym was a joke - basically equipment ...

The breakfast was very good. Real freshly cooked eggs and good breakfast meats, and a very good beverage service. For an included breakfast, it was definitely a cut above others that I have experienced.
