"All the staff was amazing. The front desk and the restaurant personell were fantastic. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond. All staff should be recognized but in particular, a big shout out to Patricia, Bruno, Hugo, Paolo, Pedro and Flavia. This is just to name a few. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and great accommodations."

"1. Mold in the room 2. No cleaning room 3. Loud noise from staff including manager's family staying and chatting at night 4. Replacing towels with dirty ones 5. Poor management system 6. Staff wasn't able to provide receipts only hotel manager so we had to wait until she was available 7. Hotel manager blamed Expedia for false advertisements 8. For the above reason, hotel manager refused to give us our reserved 'city view' room with twin beds upstairs; but instead, she placed us in the basement with a room that was dirty and moldy, which was immediately reported to Expedia 9. Hotel rating claims to be 3 but overall it deserves a rating of 0 10. Asking Expedia to never partner with this hotel ever again 11. Due to health concerns and an unhealthy and toxic environment, someone needs to investigate this hotel "

"Check-in was easy with 24h reception. Pedro, the owner is a cool guy, offered me a glass of Porto wine and upgraded me to a bigger room. The rest of the staff doesn't exactly shine in smiling but all good. Room felt clean, spacious and seemed recently renovated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable (if you like them on the harder side like I do) and the bathroom is small but essential and pretty clean. Area may seem far for the center but it's very walkable and quiet too. I'd definitely go back"
