Nice friendly staff at front desk

I arrived at the hotel from the Campanha station, and it was an uphill climb. Vonce at the front desk gave me several tips how to navigate the steep hills, by using an alternate way. This was without me having to ask. He was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. Would stay again.

Disappointing experience. The bathroom fan in our suite never worked during our stay, even after several requests and promises to fix it. The humidity caused visible mold in the bathroom, and it was never cleaned or repaired. Staff were polite but did not take real action. For a 4-star hotel, this was unacceptable.

Room spotless, super close to bus / train terminal, quiet and convenient. Not much else to do in the immediate surroundings but a quick uber ride will take you historical town in 5-10 minutes. Staff (especially the young lady) are so friendly and helpful!

La struttura in generale e la camera che ci hanno assegnato nello specifico, si presentavano in ottime condizioni, ristrutturate da poco. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. La zona appena fuori dal centro, ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e da diverse attività commerciali.
