"Only minor issues, I had to buy batteries for the tv remote control, a/c was constantly turning itself off - had to constantly turn it back on, not all light switches worked, sometimes the toilet would get stuck after flushing, but otherwise all good."

"This is an amazing place in an absolutely perfect location for exploring Porto. It is close to many of the city’s highlights, including the Dom Luís I Bridge, the wineries in Gaia, Livraria Lello, Clérigos Church, and São Bento railway station. We found it incredibly convenient to walk to many of the main attractions. If you are on the top floor, the stairs are quite a workout . If you have heavy luggage, be prepared for the climb. "The only things I did not like were that first floor is up a stair case or this should have been described somewhere and one of the bathrooms was not very sound proof, but enjoyed my stay overall. Had two bathrooms, comfortable bed, location was great, felt safe, a lot of places and things to do close to the hotel. Great experience!"
