"They charged me for something I didn't use; I went in person to cancel it, but they didn't do it. The person at the front desk told me she would cancel it, but she didn't, and now she's lying by claiming she told me to call Expedia to cancel it."

"The hotel was clean but very out dated. Lots of maintenance should be done on these rooms. Toilet had a leak in the tank, when you took a bath you wound up standing in water up to your ankles because it did drain smoothly. The holder for shampoo, body wash was falling off the wall and had soap scum build up on it. The hair dryer is very out dated. "It is clean and new. The bed was comfortable. But I would never stay there again. The room backs up to an alley. There were garbage trucks at 1 am and 2 am in the morning emptying dumpsters. "Place was okay, nice spacious rooms and finally a place that offers double king beds and a pull out sofa bed. Staff couldn’t find our reservation upon check in at first which was frustrating and the pillows are very uncomfortable so the second time we stayed there we brought our own and booked directly through their website (with no issues at check in that time).
