"The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. However, they really need to some cleaning on the pool, i understand that it is outside but the filters were extremely dirty and was stopping the water from filtering. The pool was heavily used the night before and we were hoping to swim in the morning but just couldn't get into the water because it was so cloudy and dirty."

"We came home in the afternoon and found our door open! A carpet mechanic was laying new carpet by our room and had the door to our room open to get carpet under the door.. Nothing was wrong inside but the loss of privacy was unsettling. We have stayed here before and liked the amenities and location . We should have been given a room far from the immediate work."

When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff.
