"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "We booked the two bedroom apart hotel. This is more of a 3* hotel than 4*. It’s very run down. Bathroom fine, grout dirty and good shower power but old building. Sensitive smoker alarms so can’t keep doors open making the apartment quick stuffy at times. The windows open but at ground level can be noisy. Good central location and 5 minute walk to main royal Mile shops. Our issue was retuning on our second evening, which was after a wedding (1am), the above room had leaked through the ceiling...

"We came back to edingburgh to stay two more nights before traveling to iceland. I found this hidden gem right of St. James square. It’s so cute apartment with kitchen, utensils, each unit has their own washer/dryer with detergents supplied, clean, and quaint. Very close to rail, tram, and bus station. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. You can get a cup of coffee or hot water extra towels at the front desk.Highly recommended for those wee are traveling here."

"Everything was broken the AC, hairdryer, microwave and towel warmer. I tried to wash laundry and the washer left the clothes soaking wet and stopped cycle early only to try and charge again for a spin. No one could help us despite a couple of tries.For the price I was very disappointed. This was my families first trip to Scotland. The location was good."
