"The check-in was very efficient. Alain and all the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family (two adults and two teens) and the room was just the right size. The bed and pullout couch for our teens were comfortable. A special acknowledgment for Elisa, one of the cleaning staff, who helped us find a way to San Remo when the trains weren’t working well. 😎 The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, to the old city with restaurants and shopping. "The staff here is truly incredible. They will do anything and everything to make sure you have all you need and are comfortable. Having a studio was a wonderful convenience and they ensured we always had extra tea and coffee. The location to the train station is amazing and the walk to the beach is still a quick one. Loved everything about this wonderful hotel!"

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating. Location is nice. They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"

"The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay."
