"Things you should know about room 1161:
1) the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work so even after a two or three minute shower, there is water dripping down the walls. I imagine you will have mold issues in no time.
2) The lock on the sliding door is hard to lock at times. The latch doesn’t always want to catch in the slot.
3) the Keurig Brewer doesn’t always brew properly and it leaks water all over the countertop.
4) I believe condensation from the AC unit is leaking through the wall and leaving a puddle right in front of the sliding door. It’s just opposite a puddle on the patio next to the AC unit itself so I’m guessing they’re coming from the same place.
Between these issues and the entryway construction - which I understand that you can’t control, however, no one ever apologized for the inconvenience - we were a little disappointed. It was a real struggle to get our luggage to and from our room given that we were down on the bottom floor.
We are regular visitors to the Lake Geneva area and have a lot of hotel options, and I don’t know that we will return to your hotel."
