Customer service was amazing the gentleman that checked us in helped us greatly the room was clean and everything was how it should be I would recommend this hotel to anyone including my closest friends and family the price point was very reasonable and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had since before Covid if I travel to Boothbay Harbor this is the only hotel I’ll stay at!!!

The room and property were neat and clean. It was a slow time of year. The room was well organized and updated decor wise. The mattresses could use and upgrade as they were not the most comfortable. The breakfast was basic but fine. I would recommend offering some juices.

Do not stay on the bottom floor. They put wood floors in all the rooms, which makes the floor above you very loud with people walking.

Check in was less than satisfactory. I was texted no less than five times to ask about check in and what time I'd be there. Then was advised office hours were limited. I saw nothing during booking that would have made me consider this. I found out the office was only open until 8:30pm. Then the man called me to push me into cutting my evening plans short so he could close the office and go home. Everyone else had checked in, so he was ready to leave. Mind you, I'm on vacation. I'm traveling. I have tickets to a show in town at a specific time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and was a good deal for the money. Although the room seemed updated with relatively fresh paint and looked nice, there were a few things that could be improved upon: - It looks like the light above the sink was recently replaced. However, the was was new refinished around the light, which had a smaller footprint. - There are several cracks between the ceiling and the wall. - The bureau has peeling laminate on the front edge. - The HVAC was LOUD, to the pont where we had to turn it off. Fortunately, the room stayed warm enough for sleeping purposes. - At around 4 AM we started hearing mechanical noises, like sneakers being tossed around in a clothes dryer. I'm not sure what was below is or where the noise was coming from, but it made it difficult to get back to sleep. Most of these issues were not a big deal, but just makes it seem like someone isn't keeping up with the maintenance like they should. I did not try the included breakfast. For the money and a decent location, it wasn't bad and not bad for a night.

They went above and beyond when my earring dropped down the sink. The maintenance man came quickly and was able to retrieve it. Everyone was kind and friendly only downside was no hangers or place to hang clothes no closet rack.

Comfortable stay.

Bathroom on the small side and dated but room was nicely decorated and close to the harbor where we had the best lobster rolls ever at Booth Bay Lobster Wharf and excellent ice cream a short walk away at Scoops. Also nice to have a good hot breakfast included. We’d stay here again.
