"Razoável. Sentimos falta de uma mobília mínima, como uma simples mesinha com 2 ou 3 cadeiras para auxiliar com os pertences. Tivemos que colocar todo material disposto no chão do quarto. Os demais itens verificados são adequados ao valor cobrado."
