Nice view if you don’t plan to go to the beach

The apartments are very nice decorated and maintain. The view is very nice. The opportunities or considerations are that there are no restaurants or attractions near by. Not even walking distance. You need to take a 15 minute shuttle (one an hour) to get you to the main touristic area, which is fine but gets tiering due to the waiting. Suggest to stay here is you don’t plan to visit everyday the beach.

因為颱風因素導致一晚無法入住也無法退費，但飯店人員願意給予其他補償方式，感覺很有誠意：）房間面海風景佳，環境不錯地點也很安靜，離D'mall 有段距離，但整體算滿意。

넓고 전망 좋지만 위치는 영 안좋네요

호텔 자체는 전망도 좋고 넓고 좋습니다. 단, 위치가 디몰과 멀어서 편하게 움직이기 어렵습니다. 한 시간에 한 번씩 셔틀이 있기는 하지만 밤에 편하게 나가기 어렵고 놀다가 잠깐 호텔로 돌아가기도 어렵네요.

Very nice scenery but far away from beach

Poor facilities as far as food & Beverage, pool and amenities. Staff not in Uniforms, hotel not very safe and unsafe location. Mediocre service but nice view from the hotel and room is nice.

The property has great views of Bulabog beach,love sitting at the balcony for the sunrise. The bed was comfortable but pillows are too soft for my liking.Apartment was well equip with cooking utensils,so we did get fresh seafood at D'TALIPAPA market to cook a feast.Room was clean daily.The staffs are friendly and they will try to accommodate your needs.Hourly shuttle bus to D'mall and back was convenient.

Good beach view in room.

Almost good..clean room, good condition of room status. Very good sea view in the room..kind staff.. negative things.. a little far from main road(D mall)..and shared terrace with near room guest(not isolate).

Great Villas shame abouit the staff

Beautiful villas in a beautiful location on a beautiful island however the staff are not good On arrival I was presented with a laminated sheet telling me what I could and could not do things such as having people back to the rooms etc never encountered this in any hotel I have stayed in The there was a 2000 peso deposit requested in cash which I was told if I lost the ticket would not be refunded, why they also have a record of the deposit? Transit to the main shopping area is on time and efficient but never once did the driver interact with any guests from what I felt the whole time of our stay was they are too busy on their mobile phones and guests are an interruption a bit of a shame as its a lovely establishment

チェックインの時、予約がされていないと言われました。散々話して、部屋に案内されましたが初日は予約していた部屋とは別の部屋で泊まりました。その日は布団がありませんでした。翌日、予約していた部屋とは別の部屋に案内されましたが、スタッフの対応は謝罪はありませんでしたが、問題無く気持ちの良い対応でした。シャトルバスは時間帯によっては混みますので、トライシクルの利用をおすすめします。部屋も清潔に保たれ、ビーチタオルの貸出もスムーズでした。チェックアウト時はかなりスムーズで楽しい旅行となりました。ホテルから見える景色は最高です。

Nice view anyhow the location was not convience

We was get very bad experience for our last 2days stay at karuna... first step in our room was not same with what we book they was change our room type without any inform before we arrive anyhow claire try solve on this matter . At the same night the power electric was trip at midnight and the follow day the air conditioning was not functioning well.

Incorrect booking by Expedia, Hotel Told

Disappointed. Booked El Nido, honeymoon suites for wedding anniversary trip (balcony with ocean view) but was given Cagayan Suite. Cagayan suite, guess it is a normal suite which we can't even find this room type in their official website, common corridor where other guest hang their swimming suites all over which block the views. It was claimed by noon shift receptionist that due to system error, expedia's booking did not sync with Karuna room availability. El Nido room was booked and paid by us via Expedia while Karuna's system had already run out of such room during my stay. Not sure who should be blame for this but the management tried to compensate me with options of free 2days breakfasts for us/free wine/free massage. We opt for free breakfast as the package did not come with breakfast. We were upset about the change but since it was resolved and we do not want to ruin our honeymoon mood so we went back to beach activities. After back from dinner, we arranged the compensate breakfast at the reception. Breakfast menu and night shift receptionist both mentioned breakfast served from 7am. As we need to take the 8am shuttle for beach activities so we requested our breakfast to be serve at 7am. The not so friendly receptionist replied its too early they could not make it. After explaining the reason we need to out by 8am, only she said she will take a special request to the kitchen in-charge and try to serve us before 8am. Overall, Dirty swimming pool. bad breakfast.

素敵なホテルですよ～♪

家族4人で滞在しましたが、部屋は広くて、窓から一面に海が広がり、素晴らしいところでした。ホテルのプールが小さかったところが、少しガッカリでしたが、部屋は綺麗に掃除されていて、使いやすかったです。d-mollまでは、１時間に1本、ホテルからバス？がでているので、不便さを感じませんでした。歩いて、d-mollまで行くこともでき、散策していて楽しかったです。ベランダも広くて、夜にお酒を飲んだり、キッチンでは、台所用品が備え付けてあるので、買ってきたフルーツをカットしたり、レンジで温めたり、できました。部屋にこーひーメーカーがあっても、コーヒーがなかったので、飲みたい方は、コーヒーを持参したほうがよいです。 全体的に、インテリアも素敵で、ホテルの方も、ニコニコしていてとても良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

Wifi連接差又慢， 補給用品需要到接待處自取 日間頂層房很熱， 與鄰房共用陽臺，每小時只得一班車來往酒店至D mall，車滿座要再等，每次外出要留匙給職員

Karuna Boracay Suites

In general very good experience staying in Karuna Boracay Suites. Nice view and calm atmosphere, distant from clubs - which is great for the family with kids. Friendly staff, as usually on Philippines.

Great Sunrise ocean view service apartment

A lovely ocean view service apartment with great facility and sunrise view from the bedroom. Provide convenience free shuttle service to town every hour.
