Great value hotel perfect for stopover on long car journey. Reception staff kind and helpful. Late check in instructions sent to email - no problem at all. Basic but clean and breakfast was actually surprisingly good. Would stay again.

The apartment was fine and quiet, but unfortunetly the was no dishwasher tablet or any dish soap and sponge. Ceramic cooktop was broken. No utilites to clean the apartment.

Really awful service from the reception staff. We called in the morning to ask about the parking we had pre-booked and were asked to park outside with lights flashing and come to reception and they'd give us the code to the parking garage. We did exactly that only to find that they close for two hours for lunch and *even though they spoke to us face-to-face* refused to give us the code that is the same for everyone! "I am on lunch break, come back in 90mins". Terrible. Aside from that, the hotel was fine. The area around is not the best but we had no issues.

Property was okay. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I waited over an hour to check in as the receptionist claimed that I did not have a confirmation code. She asked me to call Expedia when she should’ve called herself. She called and said they were closed and then just stopped helping me and said she could not do anything else even though I showed her my email confirmation several times. I asked her to call her manager and said there was no one else to call. She was VERY rude and condescending. I had to pay international minutes on my overseas line to get ahold of Expedia - over 12 minutes. The receptionist said I could pay again and ask Expedia to refund me. There was no way I was going to Reply when I clearly had paid already. I called Expedia and they called her three times to confirm reservation. I waited over an hour just to check in. It was the rudest experience Iʻve ever encountered. The receptionist - her name started with an O - did not even apologise or offer any courtesy for the inconvenience and rudeness. Instead she was passive-aggressive and put me in a room in which the AC was making loud noises the whole night I was there. When I came into the room the sauna heater in the bathroom was on and the room was hot. Didnt even bother to deal with the rude receptionist who wouldnt even bother to call her manager. One of the worst experiences ever. Nothing done to rectify the unprofessionalism and inconvenience.

Dès l'entrée, des moustiques écrasés laissant du sang sur les murs et au plafond nous ont accueillis. Les murs et les plinthes ont des éclaboussures. Le sol était collant et crasseux, comme s'il n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée. j'ai dû interdir à mes enfants de marcher en chaussettes. La chasse dysfonctionne. Le pire, des morceaux de plâtre tombent du plafond juste au dessu de l'endroit où on mange car il y a une infiltration, ce qui engendre un manque de sécurité ou d'hygiène. Un point positif tout de même pour la litterie de bonne qualité, et pour la douche propre et spacieuse.
