Comfortable bed,the all apartment was good and big,big place outside for the kids to play and a good swimming pool. Got a 2 th floor apartment and without a elevator was difficult to carry everything with 2 children,but a concierge came and helped

Warning⚠️

We booked hotel due to the beautiful way it was depicited on the internet. Everything looked very glamous & holiday resort like giving the impression it was just one appartment block with a huge pool. However when we arrived it was far from glamous!! It's a large area of very run down appartment blocks with no street lighting. When we arrived to our room we quickly realised that the rooms adjacent to us were actually being permanently occupied and obviously being used as a hostel. This created alot of noise as people were drinking alcohol. We didnt feel safe here. Definitely wouldnt recommend it to young girls travelling. There was no room service and when we asked for an extra pillow & towels this was not available. Won't be back.

Perfect city centre location

The quartier des chartrons is a great location within Bordeaux city center. Easy access to many areas and tourist places. Loads of lovely restaurants at the door step. Accommodation basic but clean.

Very nice, could have stayed longer

Very nice and clean place. Very spacious rooms, where everything worked. Could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Nice pool area. Need a car to access (unless take a taxi), but we had our friends to take us around. Could imaging that this is a good place for longer stay, and exploring the nearby places/beaches (but need a car).

The hotel was advertised very differently. The photos do not correspond to reality at all. The apartment was worn and very neglected. It smelled bad and everything seemed so unhygienic that you hardly wanted to use it. this shouldn't be the case for this price. We think we either had bed bugs or fleas in our bed - at least that's what the bites on our bodies suggest. We are beyond measure disappointed. We would like the money back. Absolutely not recommended!

Didn't actually get to stay. Arrived after check-in had closed so called the number shown on the notice to get the code to open the safe where we were told the key would be. Was told that I would receive an email instructing what I needed to do and to call back after I had agreed to their policy. Got the email only to find they wanted me to pay a large deposit online which, I was assured, would be refunded when I paid the bill at check out. Phoned back and pointed out that I had already paid so would not need to settle the bill on check out. Was told that this was the process and without paying the deposit, they wouldn't release the key. Ended up having to spend the night in the car.

Location pour une nuit. La carte clef ne fonctionnait pas a notre arrivée. Le service d'urgence nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Le numero noté n'etait pas le bon. Petit désagrément le.matin jusqu'à 10h. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Car une douzaine de personne bien installées en terrasses fument cigarettes sur cigarettes au dessous de nos fenêtres. Sinon bonne literie et appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire.

Réservé 2 Nuits, parti au bout de la première nuit. Honteux, je n'ai jamais vu ça avant, les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Envahi de crasse et de petites mouches. Lave-vaisselle même pas raccordé à l'eau, frigo dans un état pitoyable qui ne fait plus de froid. Vaisselle crade, sol collant, draps plein de tâches, obligé de partir franchement. Séjour agréable

Logement très agréable et très pratique. Pour nous Logement en duplex et une vraie impression de petite maison. Les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont en très petite quantité, ne pas hésiter à demander à l accueil. Par contre aucun tri sélectif , quel dommage !!! Il faudrait aussi qu ils s occupent de l état général des volets qui sont tous à repei dre et à entretenir. Dès qu un client ouvre ou ferme ses volets tous les vousins sont réveillés. Nous y avons passé 11 nuits et nous reviendrons certainement.

Logement agréable

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule journée mais nous avons trouvé le lieu agréable et bien équipé avec une bonne literie. Les logements sont sympas, la piscine aussi et tout ça pour un prix raisonnable. Nous avions peur au bruit avec l'aéroport à côté, mais nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit la nuit. A recommander.

Je ne recommande pas.

Un hôtel aux standards décevants malgré un cadre correct Si l’établissement semble "pénalement irréprochable", l’expérience client laisse franchement à désirer. Literie : Matelas très dur, inconfortable, avec des structures métalliques ressenties sous le dos. Nuit très difficile. Hygiène : WC manifestement non nettoyés, avec la présence visible de traces d’excréments. Inacceptable. Petit-déjeuner : Très basique, sans saveur ni variété. Était censé être offert, mais on m’a demandé un paiement. Le réceptionniste n’était pas informé et a réagi avec froideur et mépris. Service : Aucun au revoir, aucune considération. Sensation désagréable d’être un simple numéro. Un lieu qui aurait du potentiel s’il prenait ses clients au sérieux. Dommage.

On y a passer une nuit et cela suffit largement Endroit tres bruyant et pas insonorisé Propreté a revoir, frigo sale et micro-ondes qui fonctionnait pas Par contre le monsieur de l’accueil tres gentil Je recommande pas forcément pour les clients qui viennent pour se détendre mais plutôt pour les sejours entre amis ou familles avec grand enfant, surtout pas les bébés.

Personnel et accueil très bien, sympa. super. Par contre, bien que le cadre soit super sympa, effet petit village de vacances, l'état vétuste et surtout le manque de propreté est inacceptable. Le confort n'est pas au rendez-vous. Canapé lit qui casse le dos, et l'ensemble matelas et sommier type planche de bois m'a achevé le dos. La climatisation qui fait du vent mais sans le froid. PAr contre le personnelle est très a l'écoute et va faire remonter les informations. espérons que ca s'améliore. il m'ont expliqué qu'une parti était entièrement rénové et une autre pas encore. En réservant par hotel.com, je n'ai pas eu la chance de tombé sur la parti rénové. Pour le moment ce n'est pas un hotel que je recommande

Crasse sur le bord de l'esclalier, dont les marches bougent bizarrement sous mon poids. (je ne suis pas un poid plume non plus)
