The property was clean, staff friendly and breakfast good. However the entire building does not have AC. Would have no problem staying there in the winter but it was hard to sleep at all this Summer

I liked he restaurant selections on the boardwalk, and the closeness to the Cite du Vin museum.. I didn’t like my bed, which was supposed to be a queen, but instead was 2 twins pushed together.. the sheets didn’t fit properly & I woke up each morning sleeping on the bare mattress, as the fitted sheet kept slipping off. I didn’t like my room window facing the inside grass area at ground level, I had no view and didn’t want to open the curtains to be in plain view of others. The reception people were fantastic & helpful..

We checked in late at night and we noticed that the room had not been cleaned. All the walls and bed skirts had a lot of dust and the shower door was very dirty. In the morning we spoke to the receptionist who said that cleaning would be done after our check out. The room had a lot of mosquitoes and we were bitten by mosquitoes at night.

The room that we were given was covered in mosquitoes in bed linen etc when asked for room to be cleaned or moved we were told they were unable to due to being fully booked I would not recommend this hotel to anyone customer services was absolutely disgusting

If there was no construction just under my room from early morning to late afternoon on both days when I was there maybe I would have had a different opinion of this place. If you are claustrophobic you might want to avoid it anyways.

It’s basically like a student dorm, no AC. If you open the window it’s extremely noisy, unbearable. On bathroom floor there are ants, the place could ruin your vacation.

Établissement correcte. L’appart hôtel est conforme à la photo. Le personnel agréable. Cependant, la propreté est à revoir. Le lit était mal fait, et des tâches étaient présentes sur les draps. Beaucoup de poussière. Des odeurs d’égout provenant de la salle de bain sont permanents dans la chambre. D’après la réception, ce serait à cause du port à proximité, il serait préférable de trouver une solution à ce problème. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Hôtel que je conseille. Personnel aimable et souriant. Petit déjeuner parfait. Lit très confortable. Le seul problème est de pouvoir se garer sur une place gratuite. Ainsi que le bruit dans la nuit car bars de jeunes à côté (à partir de jeudi).
