"Easy to park on the street by the bldg. Surprisingly quiet even next to a large road. Friendly cleaning staff always working when we went in and out. The rooms, esp. the bathrms, need more hooks/bars. Our room had a thick rug that was both a tripping hazard AND slid dangerously under our feet. Kitchenette well-appointed. The only area noticeably unclean was the balcony (furniture dirty, food scraps on floor)."

"We enjoyed our stay at Mint House. Our room was nicely decorated and sunny. We had some down time to enjoy the rooftop patio. We had sufficient towels and toiletries in our room. We briefly met someone who was serving as the onsite person when we checked in and the text service was helpful to make sure everything went smoothly and to see if we needed anything."

"The room was not up to par. There was rust & burn stains on the tables in the room as well as stains on the bedding. The bathtub/shower needed to be remodled. Staff was not that friendly either. They had a person in the lobby that that was soliciting people to be shuttled to places to & from the hotel. This person called it a shuttle but it in fact was a mini van with a handicap place card that the guy was stuffing too many people into. The driver was rude & had no idea what he was doing & was...

"Value was on point. Seamless check in. Parking garage was pricey but ease of access made it worth it. Room was clean, beds comfortable, fully functional kitchen. Only downside was location in proximity to all of the musicians bars. It’s a little over a mile hike to them or a $12 uber ride. We chose the Uber route. We will definitely stay again as this is just a really Modern , Convenient, Clean Hotel l. "

"The room was clean and neat. I was allowed to checkbin early, even though there seemed to be some type of confusion between the person at the desk and other employees. The bed and pillow were ok, not the best i had in the past. Parking is almost 64 dollars after tax, they do not have a self park option at the hotel. Unlike other Marriott hotels, there is nothing complimentary at this hotel, not even coffee in the lobby, when you leave. There are other hotels in the area at the same price...
