NH Collection Torino Santo Stefano

"This was my second time staying at NH Collection Santo Stefano, and once more it was a wonderful stay. This is a lovely hotel, clean, nice high quality facility, helpful and welcoming staff, and peaceful. I had a problem with my shower leaking and they moved me into an upgraded room. They also booked me a car service to the airport. The location is also fantastic, so close to the royal palaces, 10 minutes from the main shopping area, and round the corner from a lovely little square with great cafes. Overall, I would definitely go back, it's a great hotel."

"The hotel offered excellent service from check in to departure, extremely clean and well appointed, a good selection and variety of breakfast choices. At the time we stayed the temperatures were extremely high into late 30degrees and at the time of our stay the bar had moved outside to the roof terrace which normally would be good a somewhere to sit and have a cool drink would have been appreciated. The location is very close to all attractions and easily and quickly reached , but walking out near to the station we encountered multiple groups of non locals who made the area slightly intimidating ( which is not the hotel’s responsibility) We would stay again and recommend to fellow travellers"

"Friendly staff, quick check in. Nice and clean room with daily cleaning. Good sweet Italian breakfast with cold meats and eggs. A little bar with drinks at reception, only 3 stops on the tram 4 from Porta Nuova station and same tram goes into the centre in the opposite direction. Great little pizzeria close by with other bars and food options. Air conditioning good. Room noise quiet even at the front with passing trams. Certainly worth staying that little bit away from the centre. Would definitely stay there again."

"Centrally located hotel, 10 minutes walk to the main attractions and landmarks, 3 mins walk to the main train station (and metro station). Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. It's an older building and the rooms are fairly small and basic, but it's well maintained and it adds to the authentic vibe. AC in the rooms which is quiet enough to sleep with. Value for money was amazing - if you're not looking for top-to-the-range luxury or resort-style amenities, this is a very good base to explore the city."
