"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room and bathroom large and comfortebole. Breakfast good and varius. The location of hotel is far from the hold part of the city but the bus stop is very close as the bus stop to arrive near the airport. "

"The service of this hotel is great. We called asking for slippers, and in less that 5 minutes we got them. The next day, we asked for shaving kit, and also we got them in 5 minutes. The hotel is nice. The 2 bedrooms apartment was convenient. The staff are super nice and friendly. Actually the Bosnian people are very nice in general "

"We stayed at this family hotel for 5 nights, and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!"

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"

"„Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service! Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war richtig lecker, und sogar ein Taxi wurde super schnell organisiert. Die Besitzer sind total nett und immer hilfsbereit – vielen Dank an Tarik und Benjamin! Einfach top – absolut empfehlenswert!"
