"Carpets were stained. Tub was peeling its coating. No AC in breakfast area. Witnessed front desk attendant arguing with an incoming guest. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Questionable characters in the main lobby hanging out using foul language. Just not a nice atmosphere."

"Left our terrible expensive hotel (paid already) in Buffalo, NY and drove late at night to Medina, OH. This hotel provided a comfortable stay overnight and enabled us to recharge before hitting the road again."

"It was clean but could use some work in the bathrooms. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning worked great. Had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Another couple was waiting too. No ice machines working. Had to go to the front desk and have them get it."

"This is an older property that received a makeover/reboot in the last decade. It has plenty of charm, including staff, though it might not seem as modernized as some might prefer. Regardless of all that, there are two major draws here: if you like the cocktail hour or if you happen to be a lap swimmer, this place is a standout. "The hotel was conveniently located in proximity to restaurants and major road ways. I liked that it was pet friendly. The room was clean and quiet but furniture had visible wear and the room had a smell. Staff was very nice. Overall for the price I would stay again."

"I always stay here when I'm in town, the stay is accommodating to my family. Breakfast is always good. I do wish they would update their rooms though."

"I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance."
