"This is a third stay for me at the Home 2 Suites in South Boston. The location is prefect for short (very short) term stay. The cleanliness is not constant. The bathroom on the main floor was filthy. When I brought it to the attention of staff, she said they will eventually take care of it. I found the bed with a worn mattress and sunk in on the side facing the door. The cleaning staff should have reported it before a guest would make a complaint. Very disappointing."

The room we had, which was a one-bedroom with a small kitchen and a pull-out sofa, was also nice. However, the toilet would not fill back up after flushing. The maintenance person came to check it out and told us it was just a tangled chain on the stopper, but for the next two days or our stay we had to keep opening the back of the toilet up and pull the chain manually. Also, the tv...
