Very nice and easy to deal with. Always a staff member at the desk to answer questions and they were great to work with over the phone when we had a question about our check in. Comfy beds, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were excellent, and very accommodating; room was clean and pleasant, well-appointed. Parking was conveniently valet; would have loved to have easier access to my car, but the staff certainly did their best to make this seamless and professional. Would have also loved to have a microwave in the room, as well as internet connectivity to the TV for Netflix, but all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a great 4 night stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, responsive and accommodating. The subway station was directly across the street and was a quick ride into Boston.

An attractive, clean and well-maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff, well-situated nearby Harvard Squate and very close to a subway line. Our only cavils were smallish room, the air-conditioning was somewhat too cold (and had Toto be regulated by the reception counter) and the lack of any food service.

Stayed in a mini room so no mini fridge, something to consider if you’re used to having one. Other than that the mini wasn’t too small, still room to walk around the bed and have your luggage. Bathroom was nice and clean. AC worked well. It’s in a good area and super close to public transport. I would stay here again!
