Loved our stay at the Westin Seaport in Boston. It's a beautiful hotel and was centrally located and walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do in Boston. Our room was well kept, spacious, and we had a partial view of the water. The lobby at this hotel was really cool, had the largest TV screen I've ever seen in a lobby.

Clean comfortable room Beautiful Hotel. Close to seaport activities. But what stood out was the amazing customer service. Everyone was really nice from check-inn to the restaurant staff to those cleaning the rooms. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The coupons were a plus. Very attentive staff and great amenities. The front desk was very kind and helpful with my husband in his wheelchair, and for us bottled water for the room. The concierge got us another room robe within minutes of requesting it. We both enjoyed the hot tub, it is nice and hot! My husband loved the pillows and bedding so much I had to check his suitcase for a pillow before we left. Very clean and extra comfy! And the food options in house are great. This was our first time staying here and we'll be back!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Westin seaport! First off, we had parking included in our purchase of the room through Expedia. Because they were having a slow night, they allowed us to park in valet and then park there until 6pm the next day with no extra cost. I love all the amenities they have at this hotel as well. There is a great hotel bar, restaurant, and having Starbucks in the morning is super convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and parking is right under the property. The location is also great and it is walkable to other places in the seaport like local restaurants and shops.
