"It's a poorly run dormitory. No drawers in any rooms. Room cleaning-"oops forgot to put soap in the room and hotel out of stock for shampoo ". Air conditioner not working and not fixed after being told it would be so we had to move at 10pm when we returned to the hotel to a still broken A/C. Basically it was a nightmare. Never stay there!!!"

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lenox Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Any requests or questions we had were handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which really enhanced our experience. The location is simply outstanding. It allowed us to fully enjoy the charm and atmosphere of Boston while being within walking distance of many of the city’s most iconic attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. We spent several days exploring the city without needing a car, and The Lenox served as the perfect home base. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character. It offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern comfort that made our stay feel special. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and honestly, there was not a single aspect of our stay that left us disappointed. If there were a swimming pool, I would consider this a perfect five-star hotel. Even without one, the overall experience exceeded many luxury five-star chain hotels we have stayed at over the years. The level of service, attention to detail, atmosphere, and location were truly exceptional. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Boston and highly recommend The Lenox Hotel to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable Boston experience."

"It was a quick one-nighter to help our daughter move. The two-queen room we booked was huge, with plenty of room for three of us. Bathroom was also very roomy and nice. Zero issues with the room or the front desks. Loved the location, right on the T green line, lots of good eating options, very easy to walk everywhere. The only (albeit minor) issue is the in-room WiFi, which is limited at best. But we were just there to shower and sleep… Didn’t access anything else either. Would completely choose this hotel again if price is reasonable and not on a Red Sox game day."
