"I have to say the staff at this resort are amazing, I didn’t have a single bad experience, I rented a cabana for my last two days and Jordan was fabulous, he checked in to make sure our needs were met, he made the expense totally worth it. Junior was our go to lobby bartender, he greeted us and was already making our drinks before we sat down. The hotel sent cake and prosecco to my room for my birthday, along with a hand written card. The resort and their entire staff made my birthday trip one I will never forget."
"This is one of the quietest resorts I have been to. Our room was in building 6, a botanical room. We had a slight view of the ocean water, but a green, tropical view nonetheless. We didn't care about the view because we spent little time in our room. The room bath towels were scratchy. I wish they had been as soft as the towels for the pool and beach. Staff was very helpful and sweet. We ate at Pelican Bay restaurant twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both meals were delicious. Both pools were clean and relaxing and so was the hot tub by the adult pool. The grounds are lush with plants and trees and fun little ceramic statues throughout the grounds. My only complaint was the snorkel masks were foggy and there were no SUP equipment, only kayaks. That being said, you are right on Grace Bay beach and it is stunning! You will enjoy the soft sand, swimming, and relaxation of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is also a little further away from the main shopping and grocery. Definitely walkable, but carrying anything heavy will not be too fun coming back."
"Awesome and helpful staff!! No complaints at all. Property was beautiful, staff was always kind, room was always clean. Shuttle was always on time. Breakfast could have more options!!"
"Perfect for families, kids, and people who like calm surroundings. It is much calmer and less crowded than it’s sister resort at the Alexandra. It’s nice to have access to both, but honestly, I would stay here at blue Haven over and over again. The beach is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the amenities are perfect."
