"Gutes, modernes Hotel, das leider doch nicht so zentral liegt wie erwartet. Aber dank der Basel-Card (mit einigen Ermäßigungen auf Sehenswürdigkeiten und kostenlosem Nahverkehr), die man beim Check In bekommt, ist man mit der nahegelegenen Straßenbahn schnell im Zentrum.
Das Frühstück ist gut und die große Tiefgarage ist praktisch für Autofahrer.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 10. Stock mit phantastischem Blick auf die Stadt.
Perfekt wäre es gewesen wenn das Duschgel nicht aus gewesen und ein Glas oder...

"The hotel is in a very central area which makes it good to get to places. Whilst my room was modern, it was tiny (I booked a single room). The cover on the light switch kept falling off, the breakfast was terrible, with nothing left at 9am. The staff flapped when challenged about this and you’d then have to wait 20 mins while they got more food."

"The hotel is so well organized and the management is super competent and professional. The breakfast was good and the service even better. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is not in the most convenient location but they provide you for a pass for Basel transportation. I would certainly stay in the hotel again."
