"Beautiful Riad, little hard to find inside the Medina. Just call them when you reach in front of the blue gate and they can direct you, google map doesn’t work inside the Medina. Breakfast was okay, I did the hammam which was good. All the staff were very welcoming. "
"Dar Drissi is lovely. The location is great.
We had the family room which has one king bed and 3 singles. An en-suite, large bathroom and a balcony sitting area that looks over the fountain in the main area below. The terrace on the roof is incredible and the breakfast scrumptious. We also had their home cooked dinner was large and delicious.
We highly recommend Dar Drissi for your stay in Fes. "
"The view from the glass suite was spectacular with a view of the fortress and the riads bar and inner courtyard. Dinners in the glass dining room facing the nord fort were great and watching sunset was a pleasure"
"We had a 3-night stay booked but ended up checking out after a few hours due to the room setup.
Our room did not have an en-suite bathroom—the bathroom was located outside the room across a shared staircase area. While we were told it was private, the lock did not function properly, which made us uncomfortable.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the riad itself is beautiful. There may have just been a mismatch in expectations, as this setup wasn’t clear to us when booking. We were charged for the stay, breakfast, and transport, and payment had to be made in cash, which required an extra trip to withdraw money.
Pros:
- Great location
- Beautiful, traditional riad
- Very kind and helpful staff
Cons:
- Bathroom not attached to the room
- Bathroom lock did not work properly
- Cash payment only
Overall, a lovely riad, but worth confirming room details if you prefer more modern amenities."
"This was the perfect Riad for our stay in Fez. The owner and staff were so friendly and always helpful. Great breakfast, uniquely enjoyable dinner all came together to make this hotel the highlight of our stays in Morocco. Easy access from the airport and train station and a very short walk to the heart of the Medina and the Blue Gate. Can’t say enough about this hotel. Highly recommended!!"
"Amazing Riad

It truly was a wonderful experience to stay at Riad Kettani"
