Comodo per chi arriva o parte in orari disagevoli. Ottima la reception automatica . Stanza grande. Mancano asciugacapelli e la doccia è senza piatto con tenda. Letti comodi e aria condizionata.

Bon hôtel proche aéroport

Hôtel proche de l'aéroport (5min à pieds) très pratique pour une arrivée tardive en avion ou un départ tôt le matin. Chambre propre et confortable, personnel agréable et à l'écoute.

A DECONSEILLER POUR UNE ARRIVEE TARDIVE.

Pas de contact direct avec l'hôtel pour obtenir des renseignements. Seulement une plate-forme téléphonique (payante) qui ne m'a pas permis de joindre un conseiller. Je suis arrivé à 23h00. Il s'est avéré que le numéro de réservation que je possédais ne permettait pas d'accéder à la chambre. Je n'ai pas trouvé le numéro de réservation B&B. Il a fallu appeler longtemps au numéro de permanence pour avoir quelqu'un. J'avais demandé un lit BB, que je n'ai pas eu. Je n'ai pas eu accès au WIFI. Une arrivée tardive est à déconseiller dans ce genre d'hôtel où il n'y a pas d'accueil.

Budget hotel close to the airport

We had to take a 4 person room, so our stay wasn't as cheap as we'd have liked. Slightly miffed that we paid the hotel room price when we expect a better deal from Expedia. Well run, clean budget hotel, with a comfortable bed. Good location very close to the airport. Enjoyed a super meal in the Oceania Hotel a short walk away. Breakfast good value.

Falta de educação do gerente do hotel.

Chegamos ao hotel e a recepção estava fechada no horário previsto para o fechamento da mesma. Foi possível pegar o quarto com o código que o hotel nos tinha enviado. A decepção foi no café da manhã com a falta de educação do pessoal do hotel , principalmente do gerente , que dava a impressão de estar mais preocupado em fechar o local (era ainda 9:15 hs e o serviço era até 10hs)

Proche de l'aéroport

Hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport et son prix. Rapport qualité prix excellent, service très correct. Je conseil fortement de manger les repas proposés du camion truck situé sur la parking arrière de l'hôtel. Le Cuisinier réalise de bons repas frais et peu cher, Onglet de bœuf - salade copieuse et très fraiche - sandwich varié et très bien servi. Bref à recommander

Scandaleux et cauchemardesque

Hotel.com ne nous avait pas délivré les codes d'accès. Et comme nous sommes arrivés à 22h30, l'hôtel était fermé. Nous avons dû carillonner durant 30 minutes à la borne de l'Hotel pour qu'un veilleur basé à Paris nous donne les codes d'accès pour rentrer dans nos chambres. Et la, catastrophe, l'une d'elles n'avait pas été faite. Draps sales et bouteilles de bière vides jonchant le sol. Arrivées une heure plus tard les deux autres personnes de notre groupe ont été encore plus mal traitées. Cette fois le veilleur à Paris ne leur à jamais répondu. Et, pour pouvoir dormir, ils ont dû racheter une chambre via le distributeur automatique installé à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Une soirée cauchemardesque et un profond dégoût du BB NANTES aéroport et d'Hotels.com. Huit jours apres l'incident, le directeur de l'hôtel, contacté dès le lendemain du probleme ne nous a toujours pas répondu.
