"The location was fantastic at the head of a lovely valley. But at sunset the staff started noisy yard cleaning that was disruptive until we asked them to please stop. There were no glasses in the room, no ice available to cool down drinks, restaurant closed (so no breakfast options) except an apple, breakfast bar and tea/coffee. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. I would have been fine with this level of hospitality if the prices were lower, but the value didn't seem to be there."
