Fuyez l'hôtel et le service hôtel.com .... Nous avons découvert un hôtel fermé à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû chercher et payer un deuxième hôtel en urgence pour nous loger. Impossible de contacter le service client et le chat bot est inefficace pour effectuer une demande de remboursement.

Bien mais attention

Nous avons passé une nuit dans la chambre 203. Au premier abord, chambre classique et plutôt confortable, mais du bon et du mauvais. Salle de bain propre, mais sanibroyeur donc bruit infernal à chaque chasse d'eau, et le mur séparant la chambre de la salle de bain de va pas jusqu'au plafond donc pas vraiment d'intimité... Attention aux personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer, la douche est très bien mais très haute. Gros point négatif : cadavres de moustiques écrasés partout sur les murs et le plafond. Aussi, l'hôtel est situé tout à côté d'un bar où ça fait la fête, donc très bruyant tardivement un samedi soir. La literie par contre est propre est confortable. La wifi n'a pas fonctionné, et "ascenseur en panne" comme souvent dans les hôtels. Nous avons été bien accueillis par un sympathique réceptionniste au Bar Hamiot en face. Donc bien mais des travaux de rénovation à prévoir ! Et du ménage !

Le personnel de l’établissement est top ! La situation idéale (les vitres sont double-vitrées, donc les nuits sont silencieuses ;-)). L’équipement de l’établissement est cependant vétuste. Il y a des prises dénudées, des taches sur les murs etc... Un petit coup de frais ferait du bien.

Séjour pour du repos entre amis. Le séjour s'est bien passé . A part le bruit des voitures et du bruit du camion de la collecte des bouteilles qui nous réveillent chaque matin, c'était cool

L'hotel est très bien situé géographiquement avec une équipe de femmes de chambre au top et aux petits soins pour les clients.Malheureusement les chambres sont beaucoup trop vieillottes avec un confort très sommaire (sanibroyeurs,moquette tachée,absence de rideaux,une seule prise et table de nuit en chambre double et wifi-fi défectueuse)

chambre plutôt petite !! bruyante quand la fenêtre est ouverte !!robinet lavabo qui fuit , brosse des toilettes d'une propreté douteuse . Absence de wi-fi qui est pourtant promis . Petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au prix !!

J'aime bien la proximité pour aller à pied à la plage, ce qu'il m'a déplu c'est qu'il y a pas de réseau WiFi et il fait très chaud dans la chambre (pas de climatisation) et absence de personnels à l'accueil
