The room was very big and clean with a huge bath in the big bathroom. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only issue was noise from the street below. Loved the fruit at breakfast. Well worth taking the healthy breakfast.

When I ring up about a late check out for Wednesday 5th April at 16:00 for your colleague tells me it's for free of charge, I expect this for my and my other colleague, but when we arrive at the hotel and we get told it's going to cost €80 each this is absolutely un acceptable and the excuse was 'my collogue enquired AFTER your rung'. Absolutely not good at all.

Rapport qualité/prix très décevant. Mon collègue a eu une meilleure chambre pour moins cher. Quand on prend une chambre a plus de 100€ la nuit on s'attend à une certaine qualité. Là rien. Salle de bain énorme pour pas grand chose(un seul et énorme vasque, douche peu lumineuse et vieille table histoire de dire). Chambre vieillotte et tv toute petite. Franchement nul.

Mysigt nyrenoverat gammalt hotell. Rummet var fräsch och man kände sig som tillbaka till 1800 talet med gammaldags möbler. Mycket skön dusch och nyrenoverat stort badrum. Sov bekvämt och bra i en skön säng.

Un bel hôtel

Très bel hôtel historique à 2 pas de la gare. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés dans une grande chambre avec une magnifique salle de bains avec baignoire. Même si nous n'avons pas profité de la baignoire, c'était bien agréable. Chambre qui donne sur un grand parc, très calme malgré la proximité de la gare. petit-déjeuner complet très bon:

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

La décoration de l’hôtel est clairement à revoir on se croirait dans les années 60. L’hôtel manque d’entretien dans son ensemble. Le confort est sommaire même pas une bouilloire avec des sachets de thé, tisane et café. A 100€ la nuit les prestations ne sont pas au niveau.

便利、快適、可愛らしい！

パリからArbois へ日帰りのつもりが、ついレストランで時を過ごして帰れない時間に。翌日が帰国便だったため午前中にパリに帰るには、乗り換え駅のBourg-en-Bresseに一泊して早朝に出るのが最良！という判断で急遽予約し、短時間の滞在でしたが、思わぬ大当たりホテルでした！何と言っても駅から徒歩2分弱、この立地だと画一的チェーンホテルしか無いのが常なのに、素敵な螺旋階段を備えた歴史的建築（エレベーターも完備）！夜着のためか外壁のブザーを鳴らして開門してもらう方式でしたが、この時の若い男性スタッフも、チェックアウト時のおじさまも、素敵な笑顔でそつなく対応して下さり、予定変更で焦る気持ちが大変和らぎました。お部屋は広く可愛らしく清潔で、シャワーブースも広く、また、予備の毛布などもたくさん備え付けてありました。置いてあった冊子でBourg-en-Bresse の魅力も知ったので、次回はここに泊まって、じっくり観光したいと思っています。

Schönes modernisiertes Hotel mit dem Charme vergangener Zeiten. Ruhig nach hinten zum Garten. Zunächst bekam ich ein Zimmer, das offen stand und (um 18 Uhr) nicht gemacht war. Der nette Rezeptionist gab mir dann ein anderes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls gut und ausgiebig!
