Top Bournemouth Hotel Reviews

THE NICI Bournemouth
10/10 Excellent
"An excellent hotel conveniently located on the West Cliff which is about a 10 minute walk into the centre. Also quite close to the West Cliff Lift if you prefer to avoid the steepish walking option up/down. Lovely outside pool with lots of sun beds but they were very busy as we were in the middle of a heatwave when we visited! Two good restaurants on site. We stayed in the annex which was very nicely decorated, clean and cosy. Staff were friendly and professional. We didn't visit the spa/gym/indoor pool."

Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location…but car parking limited due to ongoing building works"

Carrington House Hotel
8/10 Good
"The building is quite old, but it has been well maintained and is clean. The room had some older furniture and fittings, which were perfectly functional and did not cause any issues. However, the room was not air-conditioned, and the small fan provided was not sufficient for comfortable ventilation during the night. There was plenty of free on-street parking available nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and overall, the stay was pleasant. That said, I felt the room rates were a little high considering the facilities provided."

"Convieniant"

Brooklands Hotel
8/10 Good
"The room was clean and spacious. Coffee, tea, biscuits, and water were provided. Basic toiletries provided. Car park was full and if any space is available no guarantee you won’t be blocked. Friendly staff. Had to pay extra 50 pounds deposit which were refunded on check out day."

The Durley Dean Hotel

"Great location. Lovely rooms"

Laguna Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"It was my second time staying at Laguna hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the beach. The pleasant walk, swimming pool, and free parking are real advantages in this area. I'm pretty sure we'll be back again soon!"

Royal Bath Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel needs urgent upgrades to the rooms. We upgraded to a sea view room with the manager being extremly helpful and quick. The room itself it is very outated and upgrading, however the view itself from the balcony was incredible. The cost of the pool/gym of £5 should be included in the price, especially as the facilities are also very outated. The check-in of 3 pm is very late - but this seems to be the same in all hotels in the area. Overall the experience was pleasant, but not worth almost £300/night."

Bournemouth East Cliff by Belvilla

"Pool closed, any food you had to get from sister hotel. Tried to get ice for my drink I had but at 22:20 was told bar closed so said just need ice but apparently no ice and was advised to go to sister hotel! Hotel currently undergoing renovation I believe and our room was in nice condition and bed comfortable and for what you can pay ( only paid £42 for 1 night) and had a double room with part sea view I think it’s definitely worth the money. Would consider staying again but if you can afford more then worth staying at sister hotel The Carlton as pool and restaurant open."
