Fantastic location and parking provided; staff was super helpful and welcoming. The room was okay, but I feel the bed needs an upgrade in mattress comfort, at least for me. Worth it for the location.
Booked the cosy room which was ideal for the one night stay.
The mattress and pillows could be improved at small cost for extra comfort.
The room was clean and well equipped for our requirements and the staff were very helpful.
We will definitely stay again.
The room was quite spacious with a good shower room. Mattress was a bit springy, parking looked a bit dodgy, but was ok in the end as I left just before 8am. So all good
Short stay, solo traveller. Overall an satisfactory stay, good value for money bed only. Staff could have been more attentive at check-in was distracted by calls and other customer queries. WIFI OK a bit intermittent and sometimes kept buffering. Need photo ID and a £50 deposit this was not taken out of account but was assured this would be cancelled at checkout. Room was clean and comfy, amenities shower gel and soap. Towels were clean and soft could have done with a rail or hook to hang towels. Small shower room, decent shower. Tea and coffee facilities with small coffee machine. Small cupboard to hang clothes and shelves and small TV. Room could have done with a fan and a small mini fridge due to hot weather. Overall comfortable stay and great location near beach, town centre and pier, short walk away to beach. Parking facilities available Good bus routes and bus stop located outside hotel with shops and restaurants near by. Short stay would recommend.
Absolutely lovely staff very polite and helpful and welcoming.
First impressions of the hotel are lovely its clean welcoming and fresh feeling.
Unfortunately the mattress in our room (22) was absolutely awful! Not fit for sleeping on at all. We made do for 1 night but had our stay been longer I couldn’t have done it. It pinged creaked and flattened like a pancake upon sitting or laying. You could seriously pick up a free one on marketplace in better condition than that was in.
However everything else was great nice hot powerful shower. Room smelt amazing the incense pot was beautiful smelling. It was clean and to a good decorated standard. But please replace the mattress!
Great location, friendly staff.

Easy helpful check-in, room small but well equipped and very clean. Short walk to the beach in one direction and a short walk to restaurants, pub and grocer in the other.
Great value for money. Clean room , great shower, coffee machine in your room with free coffee pods. Location is perfect near Bournemouth pier.

Near to the pier, pleasant park and International Centre. Nice coffee in the bedroom on the first night.
Too hot, as the heating was on all night, despite the mild conditions.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, overall good value for the room. Very slight smell of damp, probably due to being basement (although did have big wondows onto a small private courtyard so was light and airy) but otherwise in pretty good condition and fairly generous size room.

I had two separate rooms. Staff were polite and rooms were clean - however, both rooms had no heating (January!) and windows were not closing properly, so it was freezing cold all night. I had to be up early and at 6am there was no hot water and so I couldn’t take a shower. Music was played in reception downstairs late and sound insulation is poor in this place, so if you are looking for a quiet and early night you won’t get it at this hotel. Overall - very disappointing

Small room for small price, good for quick getaway
The hotel is ok for quick get away, no luxury holiday. Room was very drafty, cold at night. Small room for a small price so satisfactory and served its purpose. Shower screen was bit mouldy at the bottom, but overall cleanliness was no issue at all. Booking email wrongly states that you can buy a breakfast for £10 per person, they do not cook at all. Plenty of places to eat near by.
I arrived early, as I'd seen that parking was limited, so I arrived at 12pm to ensure I would be able to park,he helped with my bags put them away for me and checked me in, and said come back for the key later, so saved me time later, room was ready an hour early, very obliging.
The furniture in the room was a bit tired looking, but functional!
The two young staff on the front desk were lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. However, the condition of the hotel really needed a refurbished. Peeling paint, marked grout in shower etc. Be warned, this is advertised as a hotel with parking. What they don’t tell you is that you can be blocked in and have no way of getting out (I was lucky as managed to track down a guest who was able to move one car so I could escape!). This hotel just needs some tlc!!!
